Before founding FloorDoctor, Clint spent 5 years in the corporate office of one of the top home service franchise brands in the world. His extensive experience is in business systems and operations, and he brought that expertise in management and logistics together to build a truly unique company at FloorDoctor. Passionate about providing outstanding service, Clint believes that every client deserves excellent results. His passion drives the entire team at FloorDoctor to hold ourselves to the highest standards of any concrete refinishing and polishing company in Central Texas.
Robbie has been with the FloorDoctor team since 2013, advancing from technician to our highly valued Operations Manager. He is the central force that keeps all the moving parts working together. Robbie drives our team with his strong work habits and sharp intelligence, which combine to make him one of the highest quality managers in the industry.
Every member of the FloorDoctor team is an employee, not a temporary technician or sub-contractor. We believe that providing the best service to our clients means every team member has expertise and experience in our unique diamond polishing techniques. And that’s exactly what we do.
We take our time to train each team member thoroughly. Our extensive in-house training is an apprenticeship, with 6 months of hands-on training in our tools, technology, and processes. Every member of the FloorDoctor team becomes prepared to solve on-the-job challenges and is dedicated to providing outstanding service to every client.
